At BluePrint Engines, we stand behind our high-performance builds and offer a 30-day return window for unused components and engines in their original packaging. Please note that installed items or custom-built engines may be subject to restocking fees or specific warranty claim procedures.

Return Process

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original crate or box, ensuring all documentation, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item via a trackable carrier to the address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the product for condition and completeness; approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
